Certified Payroll Administrator

The Certified Payroll Administrator processes prevailing wage-certified payroll reports for F&H Construction and monitors all subcontractors’ certified payroll reports for compliance. Certified Payroll Administrator will work with labor compliance officers, awarding bodies, and subcontractors. This position must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task in the performance of various duties.

Superintendent 

The Superintendent coordinates field operations for projects with a commitment to quality and safety including managing the use of material and workforce on the job site and ensuring client satisfaction and company profit.

Project Engineer 

The Project Engineer assists the Project Manager and Superintendent by providing technical support to construction staff; reviewing plans and other technical documents; answering questions regarding the scope and/or timing of the project; and monitoring costs and project progress. 

Project Assistant 

This an entry level position the Project Assistant will be under direct supervision and training of a Project Engineer or Project Manager.

Estimator 

The Estimator prepares detailed cost estimates for proposed new construction projects involving both competitive bid and negotiated work.

Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent assists the Superintendent in coordinating field operations for projects with a commitment to quality and safety including managing the use of material and workforce on the job site and ensuring client satisfaction and company profit.

Assistant Project Manager

Under the direct supervision of a Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager is responsible for the monitoring and control of the construction process through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.

Project Engineer III

Project Engineer III assists Project Manager and Superintendent by providing technical support to construction staff; reviewing plans and other technical documents; answering questions regarding the scope or timing of the project, monitoring costs and project progress.

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the monitoring and control of the construction process through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget and for managing and ensuring site and office safety.

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for analyzing, producing, organizing, and assembling marketing materials, pre-qualifications, bid documents and proposals, including compliance matrix development, technical writing, proof-reading, editing, and graphic production.
