Alternative Energy and Biotechnology Demonstration Incubator Renovation Construction Project

On August 15, 2015 West Hawaii Today posted an article about a project that F&H Construction is part of. Our client is NELHA (Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii Authority).

The project consists of an incubation center designed to start-up businesses in the alternative energy and biotechnology fields in Kona. The facility will offer 19 office spaces ranging in size from 200 to 1,200 square feet, high-speed Internet, chilled deep seawater. A total of 10,000 square feet of leasable office space will be available, along with 2,400 square feet of common area.
