Cherry Logistics Center

This project consisted of a new 575,000 square foot industrial facility located on a 29-acre site. The existing structure on the site was demolished and was redeveloped into a state-of-the-art, Class A, cross-dock distribution facility. The LEED Silver Certified building includes a 32’ clear height, 120 exterior dock doors, full-size truck courts, and 175+ on-site trailer parking spaces. The facility was constructed of high-efficiency tilt wall panels providing an attractive, but low maintenance exterior. McShane Construction Company acted as the Prime Contractor and F&H Constructed was the selected Concrete Contractor. Amazon is currently leasing the facility. This project received the LEED Silver Certification.
