Our Executive Team

Charles Ferrell


Charles focuses on overall corporate strategy with the primary focus on client relationships and initiatives within the construction industry. Together with the management team he develops, implements, and directs business development. He ensures satisfaction by maintaining client relations, project integrity, and accurate costs. As the President he establishes project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards for the company. In conjunction with the Director of Operations, Charles coordinates all projects from concept through completion. Charles joined F&H Construction in 1997 and has held a variety of assignments in the delivery and management of F&H’s work.



Harold Jones

Executive VP / CFO

As the Executive Vice President and CFO of F&H Construction, Mr. Jones’ responsibilities include managing the objectives, methods and resources of short and long term financial goals of the company. He makes recommendations on the policies and procedures relating to financial forecasting and business practices of the company to the Board of Directors. He also manages and directs all accounting, budgeting, and financial operations of the company.



Stephen Seibly

Executive VP / Estimating

As an Executive Vice President of Estimating for the company Mr. Seibly manages pre-construction  and cost estimating, proposal development, contractibility reviews, and purchasing and subcontract awards. He leads the estimating team to translate customers’ budget into technical and financial documentation. He manages professional relationships with architects and project owners.  Stephen has been with F&H Construction since 1995 and is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, with a BS Degree in Construction Management.



Dan Blackburn

Hawaii Division Manager

As a Division Manager for all the Hawaii projects, Mr. Blackburn is responsible for managing construction efforts, adequate team staffing and implementing project objectives in order to successfully complete the project outcome.



Samantha Thomas

Human Resource Manager

As the Human Resource Manager of F&H Construction, Mrs. Thomas’ responsibilities include employee recruitment and retention, researching and implementing human resource information, developing employee policy and procedures, and compensation and benefit management. She focuses on building a high level of employee and customer service. Mrs. Thomas also assists management in securing the best talent, training programs, and employee relations.
