Constructed a new facility which houses temporary protective custody and services to children who come within the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court as dependents.

The Stockton Arena Garage is a 236,101 square feet, 592 car, 7 levels parking structure with 17,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Constructed the theater building and retail shell fronting plaza. The project consisted of a 89,640 square feet 16-plex, 3,410 seat, stadium-style theater and 18,500 square feet of retail space and has a Rotunda of 80 feet in diameter and 54 feet high.

Edmund S. “Ed” Coy Parking Garage is a 224,489 square feet, 559 car, 6 levels parking structure with 17,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.

Reconstructed the Performing Arts and Conference Center with a 789-seat theater complete with an orchestral pit, a majestic 65-foot rotunda and multi-purpose meeting rooms with connecting lobbies.
