Woolworth Place

Once vacant, this two-story historic Art Deco structure stood unused until revitalization efforts began in 2002. The restoration introduced large windows and a decorative overhang, while transforming the adjacent alley—once used for garbage storage—into an inviting outdoor dining space for a restaurant. F&H Construction is proud to have contributed to this revitalization project in our local community.
