Turning Basin I.C.E. Facility
Together, F&H Construction and LDA Partners designed and constructed a new 2-story, 22,000 square feet Federal holding facility for illegal immigrant deportation processing. Located on a redevelopment site in an existing office park, adjacent to the Stockton Deep Water Channel, security was of the upmost importance.
