Morgan Hill Downtown Parking Structure
The project consisted of a 101,788 square foot, 271-stall parking structure, 4,303 square feet of single-story retail space and the associated site work. Three key features of the parking structure include solar panels and a reinforced upper deck to accommodate events up to 250 people as well as two separate art features that became part of the design and aesthetics of the project.
Award: Recipient of the 2017 APWA Silicon Valley Chapter Project of the Year Award, 2017 Community Impact Structures Award and 2017 AVBJ Structures Award for Community Impact.
