Lila Bringhurst Elementary School
The project consisted of construction of a new 98,481 square foot elementary school that supports 1,100 Kindergarten through 5th Grade Students. It involves four buildings, including an administration and kindergarten building, multi-purpose building, and two 2-story classroom buildings. The new elementary school is part of a master plan which includes 111 acres of more than 2,000 urban-inspired housing units, parks, plazas, retail amenities, and 1.4 million square feet of commercial office and industrial spaces.
