Joseph Kerr Middle School Modernization

Construction of two separate single story buildings designed by project’s two separate architects under a single contract. The two designs included a 10,850 square foot science building and a 18,050 square foot gymnasium building. It also involved upgrades to existing restrooms, upgrades to existing campus paving, a new access and bus loop, and all associate site work.
