The Certified Payroll Administrator processes prevailing wage-certified payroll reports for F&H Construction and monitors all subcontractors’ certified payroll reports for compliance. Certified Payroll Administrator will work with labor compliance officers, awarding bodies, and subcontractors. This position must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task in the performance of various duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong experience in Prevailing Wage, Davis Bacon, LCP Tracker, DIR system, and certified payroll reports
- Knowledge of labor compliance forms DAS140, DAS142, Fringe Benefit Statements, Labor Law Checklists, CAC2 and Union Status Letters
- Knowledge of Skilled and Trained Workforce requirements 2600-2603
- Experience with Union payroll and associated fringe benefits
- Experience with Subcontractor compliance and certified payroll tracking
- Ability to check subcontractors’ certified payroll reports for compliance
- Electronic Filing, scanning, copying, faxing
- Other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of certified payroll, prevailing wage experience required
- Construction payroll experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
