Pleasant Grove Elementary School Modernization

Construction of a new 7,400 square foot administration and kindergarten building with re-designed front parking lot to separate parent and bus drop off, and construction of two new 8,600 square foot classroom buildings with eight classrooms each. It also included HVAC upgrades to an existing 2,300 square foot classroom building, a new fire water tank and pump house, a new Kindergarten playground, a new 30’x40’ shade structure, campus wide replacement of existing playcourt asphalt and concrete with storm drain upgrades, and campus with fire alarm, PA, and clock/bell upgrade.
